Our policy for cancelling or rescheduling your Bin Ninja rental.
More Than 48 Hours Before Delivery
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled delivery are fully refunded.
Within 48 Hours of Delivery
Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery are subject to a 25% fee of the rental total.
Same-Day Cancellations
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable once bins have been loaded for delivery.
Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your delivery or pickup date subject to inventory availability. Date changes that conflict with other rentals cannot be accommodated.
