Bin Ninja Partners Program Terms

Program Overview

The Bin Ninja Partners program allows approved partners to share a personal referral code. Customers who use the code receive $10 off their qualifying Bin Ninja rental. Partners earn a $10 Amazon Gift Card for each qualifying completed rental.

Customer Discount

Each qualifying referral provides the customer with a $10 discount on their Bin Ninja rental. The discount amount is subject to change at Bin Ninja's discretion, but the discount at the time of booking will be honored.

Partner Reward

Partners earn a $10 Amazon Gift Card for each qualifying completed rental. The reward is only earned after the referred customer's rental has been successfully completed. The reward amount is subject to change at Bin Ninja's discretion, but the reward amount at the time of booking will be honored for existing reservations.

Qualifying Referral

A referral qualifies for a reward only when all of the following conditions are met:

• A valid approved partner was attributed to the reservation.
• The customer completed a qualifying paid rental.
• The reservation was not canceled or refunded in a way that disqualifies it.
• The rental reaches the configured Completed status.

A partner does NOT earn a reward simply because someone clicked their link, entered their code, began checkout, created a reservation, paid a deposit, or canceled.

Canceled or Refunded Rentals

If a referred reservation is canceled before completion, no reward is earned. If a refund occurs after a reward has already been sent, the referral will be flagged for admin review. Bin Ninja will not automatically reverse or charge the partner, but may void future rewards for the affected referral.

Self-Referrals

Partners may not refer themselves. Referrals where the partner's email or phone matches the customer's booking information may be flagged as potential self-referrals and reviewed by Bin Ninja. Legitimate household situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Code Abuse

Referral codes may not be abused, sold, or used in ways that violate the spirit of the program. Bin Ninja reserves the right to revoke referral codes, void rewards, and remove partners from the program for abuse.

Program Changes

Bin Ninja may change or discontinue the Partners program prospectively at any time. Existing earned rewards remain subject to the terms that applied when they were earned.
