Rental Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern your rental of reusable moving bins from Bin Ninja.
Rental Period
Each package includes a standard rental period (default 7 days) beginning on your scheduled delivery date and ending on your scheduled pickup date. Extra rental weeks may be added for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Delivery & Pickup
Bin Ninja delivers bins to the address provided at booking and picks them up at the end of your rental. Delivery and pickup windows are scheduled in advance. You agree to make the bins accessible for pickup on the scheduled date.
Use of Bins
Bins are provided for moving and storage purposes. You agree to use them responsibly and not overload, alter, or repurpose the bins. Bins remain the property of Bin Ninja at all times.
Fees
You are responsible for the rental total shown at checkout, including package price, add-ons, delivery fees, applicable taxes, and any approved discounts. Damaged or lost bins may incur additional fees per our Damage/Lost Bin Policy.
Lost or Damaged Equipment
Customers are responsible for all rented bins and equipment from the time of delivery until Bin Ninja retrieves them. Normal wear resulting from ordinary use is expected and will not result in a charge. This may include minor scratches, scuffs, dirt, and cosmetic wear that does not prevent the bin from being used for future rentals. Bins that are lost, stolen, missing, broken, or damaged beyond reasonable normal use may be assessed the damage/replacement fee agreed to at the time the reservation was placed. Additional rental equipment, such as dollies, may have separate replacement or damage fees stated in the rental agreement. By completing a reservation, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the applicable damage/replacement fees and authorizes Bin Ninja to charge the payment method associated with the reservation for legitimate charges permitted by the rental agreement.
Cancellations
Cancellations are handled per our Cancellation Policy. Please review it before booking.
Liability
Bin Ninja is not liable for items placed inside the bins. You are responsible for your belongings. Final terms pending legal review.
